Delivery Charges

All orders over £100 will be delivered free of charge.
All orders under £100 excluding VAT will be subject to a standard postage charge of £10.00 plus VAT for trade customers & £12 including VAT for retail customers.

Delivery Times

ORDERS PLACED AFTER 5PM DECEMBER 21 WILL BE PROCESSED JANUARY 2. OUR OFFICES AND DISPATCH FACILITIES WILL BE CLOSED DECMBER 24 - JANUARY 4.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or TNT.
All orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched within 2 working days*.
All orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched within 3 working days*.
United Beauty endeavour to meet the delivery times above but they cannot be guaranteed as they may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

*Please note that delivery schedules may be affected by the public holidays.

Stock Availability

Goods are subject to availability.
Any product, which is out of stock but for which payment has been received, will be sent with the rest of the order as soon as the out of stock item becomes available. If there is an excessive delay we will endeavour to call you within 10 working days of your order being placed to offer an alternative. If you are not happy with the alternative product or the revised delivery time of the original product we will refund the value of the out of stock item to your account within 30 days.
